In Panama City, on Via Grecia (Carmen sector), there is a modern 6-story building, located on a dividing lot walled with neighboring buildings, which, due to its scale, dialogues with the urban fabric of the city.

The interior of this building houses the facilities of Ventura & Asociados Arquitectos on the first two floors and the following three; offices occupied by friendly companies, in addition to its access lobby located on the ground floor, for common use throughout the building.
