Take a tour of Reprosas award-winning factory where visitors can see first-hand how the “Treasures of Panama” are made. An informed guide will demonstrate how the fabulous gold artifacts are made by the “lost-wax” process, virtually the same method used by the ancient goldsmiths. You can even try your hand at the process!

Reprosa’s workshop is just minutes from the ruins of Panama Viejo in the “Parque Industrial Costa del Este”, and tours are given Monday thru’ Friday at 9.30am and at 2.00pm. The entrance is $10 and includes refreshments and “goodie bag”. Plan to be there around 1 ½ hours if you also want to take advantage of shopping in their factory store.
