Mike’s Global Grill – Boquete

One of two top restaurants in downtown Boquete, Chef Mike is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, NY, one of the best cooking schools in the world.

He worked for acclaimed restaurants in New York City. His dishes are a mouthwatering combination of Asian-Fusion and American comfort food. He makes good use of the local, fresh ingredients.

His wife Heidi is in charge of service. The decor is low key and a bit rustic—this a place for a great meal, not a special romantic dinner.

Mike’s doubles as a hang-out & a sports bar with a large TV, couches, WIFI, a free computer for guests and yummy snacks.

Weekend evenings may have live music.
