Cosmic Crab Cafe – Bocas

Great food and specials
Perched on stilts over the ocean, this open-air cafe has reasonably priced and exceptionally delicious seafood, exotic frozen drinks and panoramic ocean views. Sunset is an especially beautiful time to come.

Their specials are hard to beat: a daily, three-course $7.95 Lunch Special and a wildly popular all-you-can-eat Sunday Brunch Buffet.

Try the Grilled Lobster in Passion Fruit Butter, Coconut Shrimp with Pineapple Dipping Sauce and the Caesar salad with homemade dressing. Cosmic Cafe is one of the few good restaurants in Bocas open for lunch.

Your friendly host, American owner Steven Crabtree is a knowledgeable Bocas’ hand. He purchases all his seafood directly from the fishermen.

To get their just take the $2 water taxi from Bocas to Carenero island: it’s fast and easy.
