The Haven Spa-Boquete
The Haven, spa wellness and alternative health centre is a European style spa run by an English couple. All staff are trained to a high standard and offer a wide variety of spa treatments and alternative therapies. Apart from hot stone therapy, organic wraps and professional deep tissue massage they offer services which include Naturopathy, Acupuncture, Chiropractic, chronic disease programs, laser and ultrasound therapies and a sports and muscle injury clinic.
The Haven has a big following with the local community in Boquete and many Panamanians from Panama city are also starting to discover the Haven. They have two spa's one at Valle Escondido, where the clinic is based, as well as a spa only operation at the Panamonte Inn.
