Peperoncini
Probably one of the most “hip” restaurants in Panama City, Peperoncini offers creativity and originality in every detail. Dressed in white, the chairs are in a vibrant orange and the walls, decorated with Cartooch artwork all done in car paint, are where the brightness flashes its modern line. The bar invites you to taste an aperitif before being seated in one of the different salons or on the terrace.
In pasta: Marco Polo Tortelloni; tortellonis stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach, topped with melon, cream and prawns. Between the great selection of Sushis: Caterpillar Maki; shrimp outside, cream cheese, avocados, crab. As an appetizer: try the Capriccio Salad; mixed greens, rucula (fresh herbs), figs, green pears, and Manchego cheese, and the house vinaigrette or the Fisherman's Wanton; a cast of crispy flowers stuffed with shrimp and a discreet touch of sesame, with succulent sour-sweet orange sauce on the side.
With its delicious food and vanguard Décor, this out-of-time place combines all that with excellent service. Unforgettable.
